Pivot Table with Power Sync

With Power Sync you can sync the data of your Podio app a Google Sheet. This allows you to build a pivot table on top of your Podio data.

Step-by-step Guide

Open your Google Sheet

Go to the section 'Active Power Syncs' and click on the name of the sync to open the Google sheet.

Select the source data

First you need to select the cells with source data you want to use. Use CTRL + A to select all data. 

Add Pivot table

In the menu at the top, click Data > Pivot table. Select the option 'New Sheet' in the pop-up and click 'Create'.

Add rows, columns and values

In the side panel, next to 'Rows', 'Columns' and 'Values', click Add, then choose a value.

Tip: Sometimes you'll see recommended pivot tables based on the data you choose. To add a suggested pivot table, click on its description under 'Suggested'.
