Shortcut on mobile devices

To create a shortcut of a web form on smartphones & tables, follow these steps:

iOS

• Open Safari
• Enter the URL of the web form
• Click on the share icon in the top bar
• Click on Add to home screen

Android

• Open chrome
• Enter the URL of the web form
• Click on Add to home screen
